CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations with less than a 48 hrs notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or no shows less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% percent cancellation fee. This includes reducing your services last minute. For example, switching from a balayage to a haircut. Cancellations in less then 48 hours during the holiday season will result in a 100% cancellation fee. (Starting Dec 1st to Dec 31st)
